On my #walk this morning I was struck by the #clover still blooming bright against the grass that was white still with chilled dew. I thought about how seemingly unlikely for a relic of summer to be shine against the transition to winter. And as I furthered my walk I found tiny pink flowers blossoming, a herald of spring. I thought of the message of #temperance the alchemical blending of opposites to create something of harmony. In Crowley’s #thothtarot he calls it Art, because it is, isn’t it? The instinctual knowing and skilful eye to create mastery and beauty from that which might not be thought to go together? I feel as though, despite having a quarter of a year each, spring and autumn are transition seasons. They wax and wane from summer to winter, from winter to summer, who really get the fullest parts of the year. This is a time of transition, the easing from one thing to another. As the seasons turn, so will you, as easily and smoothly as the leaves.
